So I covered the card on her hat with a rhinestone, Put Shamrock in the hand that had the tea cup in it, and drew a pot of gold for the hand with the tea pot in it..I also used some shamrocks from Delicious doodles, put glitter on them..And added some ribbon.Well that pretty much it.. Here is a picture of the original image.
