My Oil Paintings

This is a little different post for me but I want to share some of my old oil paintings with you.. This is what I use to do long before I started scrap booking and card making.. I posted these a long time ago on my old blog, so I'm sure some of you have already seen them.. My hubby wishes I would go back to painting..But I got to where the thinner really made me sick.. So I gave it up..I also did many scenes and a few people But these are the only ones that I have left I sold many of them and gave a lot of them to my family..

Well let me know what you think oil painting or card making. LOL... I'll never give up card making.. Night all.

Hugs, Linda

Woah! Fabulous or WHAT???
Give you a quick tip though - try using Acrylics. I hate the smell of thinner and linseed too, so I started using Acrylics. Almost like Oils, no smell, and some odd colours, but I'm sure with a talent like this you'd come up with something!

Wow Linda
you are one talented lady! Your oil paintings are AMAZING. Perhaps there are other thinners on the market that wont make you feel so sick. It would be such a shame if you didn't continue with this great talent

Hello!

Oh Linda, your paintings are beautiful! There must be a way to continue - have you tried working with acrylics? They may take some time to get used to but would eliminate those dangerous fumes and the results can be equally lovely! Thank you for sharing! :<)

Wishing you a great week!

Hugs,

Barbara Diane
