Lil Tots Release and Hop

Hello Everyone!!! I'm here with another NEW Release from Simply Betty!! These adorable little guys are from our Betty herself and we're calling them the
Lil' Tots

As always i have colored with my prisma pencils. Added some prima flowers, mini roses, ribbon, pearl buckle, and some rhinestones.. well that's pretty much it for this one.. Your next stop is Susan GDT
